Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or debit card. If a debit card is used to guarantee a reservation, a hold on your checking account will placed as a one-night deposit. All third parties must contact the resort for information and instructions if wanting to pay for someone else's charges.
Cancellation Policy
No changes less than 2 days prior to arrival or at check-in as a cancelation, no show or early departure fee equivalent in the amount of a one-night stay will apply. Does not apply to non-refundable reservations.

Chateau on the Lake is a 100% non-smoking facility including guest room balconies. The City of Branson Smoke Free Code is No 2014-0103. A $250 fee will be assessed to violators.
Dogs up to 50 pounds allowed in select rooms on the 3rd floor, a fee of $150 and other restrictions apply.
Rollaway bed daily charge $20.
Daily parking fees: valet $25 plus tax, covered garage self-parking $15 plus tax or exterior self-parking $10 plus tax.
Check In begins after 4:00PM, Check Out before 11:00AM.
