To that end, our exceptional staff is committed to providing you with immediate information, priority attention and first-class hospitality services.

Personalized Check-In Lobby / Video Check-Out
Out The individual kiosks in our unique check-in lobby enable our staff to provide you with quick and personalized service. When settling your account by credit card, you can access your account via the television from your Chateau guest room.

Full-service Concierge
Our full-service Concierge desk can provide you with a number of helpful services. We can create personal itineraries and make ticket arrangements for Branson Lake's area attractions, tennis, golf and shows. Complimentary safe deposit boxes are also available at the front desk.

In-Room Services
From your room, you can access our full list of guest services and amenities with just a touch of the telephone. Our distinctive services include laundry and valet services, florist services, special housekeeping services, room service, medical care arrangements and more. Your Guest Services handbook - available in your room - details all the personal services available at the Chateau. A manager is on duty 24-hours-a-day to provide you with assistance, if needed.

Business Services
Because we understand that business never really stops, at our Lobby Workstation located in the Great Hall reception area, a computer and printer along with high-speed Internet connectivity is available for your use at no extra charge. An ATM is conveniently located in the hotel lobby. Guests may drop off their outgoing mail at the Front Desk and may access copying services and a computer at the Concierge desk. Each room is equipped with high-speed connectivity, data port and telephone to assist you with your business needs.

Pet-Friendly Policy
We want you to feel at home during your visit to Chateau on the Lake, so to make it easy for you to bring along your “best friend,” we’ve made select rooms on our 3rd floor pet-friendly. Please only bring pets that weigh 25 lbs. or less and that are fully trained and housebroken. If you leave your pets unattended at any time, they must be crated or put in a carrier, and we ask that you keep your pets on a leash while in the hotel. This is for the safety of all our guests. We realize that pets may get excited while visiting Chateau on the Lake; however, if they disturb other guests, we may ask you to find alternative accommodations.

Chateau on the Lake charges a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $25 to your account.
